Hi, I’m LeeLoo, a big girl with an even bigger heart! Life has had some ups and downs for me. I was a tiny bottle baby who grew into a beautiful, loving cat. I was adopted as a kitten, but when my family had a new baby who was allergic to me, I was returned. It was confusing and sad, but I haven’t given up hope. I know the right family is out there for me! I love to play, but my favorite thing in the world is snuggling. I’ m happiest when I’ m curled up in your arms, riding on your shoulder, or resting in your lap. If you love a cat who wants to be close, I’ m your girl! I get along well with other cats, but dogs? No, thank you! I’ d much rather have a dog-free home where I can relax. I might be a little shy at first, but once I trust you, I’ ll be your most loyal, loving companion. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and LeeLoo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, LeeLoo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the LeeLoo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, LeeLoo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
