Finesse – The Tender-Hearted Sidekick Finesse is a 1-year-old, 35-pound female Pit Bull Terrier with a sweet and sensitive nature. She may start out a little unsure in new situations, but she quickly shows her affectionate side when given patience and reassurance. Polite walker: Trots along nicely on leash, occasionally pausing to look around and take in her surroundings. Sensitive soul: When she feels overwhelmed, she may lean into your leg with her tail tucked, seeking comfort and closeness. Gentle companion: If you kneel down to her level, she approaches softly, settling into a half sit and resting her head into your hands, soaking up face rubs and gentle affection. Playful energy: Off leash, she sometimes bursts into joyful zoomies before scooting back over to her handler with a big heart full of trust. Affection seeker: In spite of her shyness, she willingly seeks out her person for comfort and connection. Simple tastes: Not toy-focused, and while she may sniff at treats, she’s more motivated by companionship than food or play. Finesse would thrive in a patient home that can help her build confidence while celebrating her tender, affectionate spirit. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Finesse was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Finesse’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Finesse’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Finesse’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
