Hello! We're Jacks and Tiddlywinks! Our life on the street was rough before we were rescued by OAS, and it left us feeling uncertain around new people. While we may grumble and hiss, it’s not because we're mean. It’s because we're a little unsure and just need some time to warm up. New people, places, and loud noises can be scary for little kittens like us. But once we're comfortable and get to know you, we will blossom—playing, purring, and loving to nap in your lap and ask for belly rubs. If you can be patient and understanding (and have a Churu treat on hand!), you will be rewarded with the most lovely pair of kittens to grace your home for years to come. It may take some time, but it will be worth every moment you have with us!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Tiddlywinks (bonded w/ Jackie) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Tiddlywinks (bonded w/ Jackie)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Tiddlywinks (bonded w/ Jackie)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Tiddlywinks (bonded w/ Jackie)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
