About this Cat
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! JOHN NOLAN, his mom ANGELA LOPEZ and his siblings (BAILEY NUNE-LUCY CHEN-NYLA HARPER) were saved from a horrible hoarding case in Rialto, California. The rescue that was fixing all the cats reached out for us to help ANGELA LOPEZ and her kittens. Now they are all healthy and ready for a real home! Meet JOHN NOLAN, an Egyptian Mau Mackerel Tabby from Rialto, California, whose days are fueled by playful leaps, joyful pounces, and a heart full of affection just waiting to be shared. This handsome boy is the kind of cat who turns every moment into a game. Whether it’s a crinkly ball, a feather wand, or an unsuspecting dust bunny, JOHN NOLAN sees it all as fair game for a good chase. His athleticism and natural grace—classic Egyptian Mau traits—are on full display as he zips through the room with his signature spotted silver coat flashing by like a streak of mischief. He’s quick, curious, and always up for a round of hide-and-seek with his toys. But don’t let his energy fool you—JOHN NOLAN is also a total snuggle pro. After a satisfying play session, he’s more than ready to settle into your lap, purring like a tiny engine and soaking up every ounce of attention. He thrives on human connection and will make it known when it’s time for cuddles. This affectionate side, paired with his expressive eyes and gentle demeanor, makes him a truly special companion. JOHN NOLAN is wonderfully social and would enjoy the company of a home that can match his energy and offer plenty of time for bonding. He's compatible with other playful, friendly cats and would thrive in an environment that offers both stimulation and soft spaces to unwind. While he’s lively and full of fun, he’s also deeply loving—he wants nothing more than to be part of a family who will celebrate both sides of his personality. With his rare breed charm and warm heart, JOHN NOLAN is ready to bring laughter, love, and a whole lot of playtime to his new home. Could your life use a little more purr-sonality? Adopt JOHN NOLAN and Receive JOHN NOLAN's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, JOHN NOLAN's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is JOHN NOLAN's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the JOHN NOLAN, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming JOHN NOLAN's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and JOHN NOLAN was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, JOHN NOLAN’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the JOHN NOLAN’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, JOHN NOLAN’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
