Meet Ophelia, a sweet and spunky 12-year-old German Shepherd/Heeler mix looking for her forever home! Ophelia adores all humans and, though she might be a tad shy for the first 20 seconds, she quickly warms up and becomes your best friend. She's fantastic on a leash and comes with lifelong support and training. Ophelia is non-reactive to cats, horses, and chickens. She might chase a chicken occasionally, but it’s all in good fun. While Ophelia might take a moment to warm up to new doggy friends and can be a bit snappy initially, once she’s comfortable, she’s fabulous and gets along best with dogs her size. Ophelia rides great in the car , loves her snacks , and enjoys life to the fullest. She’s kennel trained, housebroken, spayed, up to date on her shots, and microchipped. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ophelia (Courtesy post)'s new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ophelia (Courtesy post) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ophelia (Courtesy post)’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
