About this Dog
MEET MELLOW!!! Mello is a sweet boy who was found as a stray and sent to MCACC, so there is little known about his history. However, he has been in foster for several weeks and doing great! The MCACC staff described him as calm, walking well on a leach and non dog reactive. He may be a little cautious with new people at first, but he quickly warms up and is a friendly, calm, goofy and loving boy! He is house trained and crate trained. However, he does have some kennel anxiety when left alone in a crate. He requires a sturdy crate as it was discovered he is a little Houdini and is able to break his way out of a regular wire crate. He enjoys playing with lots of dog toys and knows basic commands like sit and lay down. He is a counter surfer, so he will need some training to correct. Mellow has been living with older children and three other dogs. He has done great with all of them except the alpha dog of the group. It is recommended he be an only dog or go to a home without an already established alpha dog. Mellow will be the perfect companion for one lucky home for many years to come. Meet Mellow today! After verifying the adoption, MELLOW's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and MELLOW was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, MELLOW’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
